I am trying to use the function lognfit exactly using the code that is given in the help and I get the error message:
Error using normfit Too many input arguments.
Error in lognfit (line 82) [muhat,sigmahat,muci,sigmaci] = normfit(log(x),alpha,censoring,freq,options);
The same thing happens when I try using the norm fit example. Is there a bug? I am using R2014b on MacOS10.11.6

Found the problem - I had another (old) function sitting buried in a folder of misc scripts I have used at various times also called normfit...

Tip: Try and avoid using the same name as functions. Consider using CamelCase or mixedCase for your function names. Always place your files at the bottom of the search path.
