how to use mfcc melcepst ? the out put matrix is nx12

with the input speech wave [fs=8000,samples:22529x1,2.81sec] to melcepst i am getting 175x12 seems 175 frames giving 12 coefficients,which 12 coefficients will be of use?

your question is not so clear. still use coefficients as if d1 size as 175x12 coff1=d1(:,1); ist coefficient in all frames coff2=d1(:,12); 2nd coefficient in all frames.
