How to capture specific region of signal from simulink output

Dears I would like to ask if anyone can help me on the following question: I have an model (simulink), I would like to capture specific interval from the signal for example between these domains X(480 - 490) & Y(7-10) since the period of signal from 0-1000 without adjusting all the time (zooming etc.) to reach to the area which I'm looking for. Also to get the data of that captured signal to mat file /workspace.
