Realtime processing/filtering in MATLAB from arduino

Hello everyone,
I am currently working on acquiring ECG signals from a sensor via Arduino to MATLAB and i am looking to process it using ICA Algorithm to separate the noises and perhaps do some filtration, all in real time and plot and showcase the ECG signals before and after processing via graphics. Am i able to accomplish this task using MATLAB, if so could you kindly advice me in the right direction. Thank you.
