How can I configure an XPC Target Digital Input (NI PCI-6621) only on falling/rising edges?

We use PCI-6221 cards from National Instruments which are fully supported for our xPC target environment. The card itself supports several methods for trigger generation according to the datasheet. However, I don't see any settings in Simulink when opening the PCI-6221 block. Is this feasible on hardware side?
