nested loop in for loop

I have a data containing 206 lines.I have to do an operation say average of the 153 and shuld emit the average.Then i have to do the same operation for the next 153 lines.i should use the for loop.can anuone help me in writing the coe for this task.here 153 is considered as a frame and next 153 as second frame.plz help me......
