results of PCA

Hi,

First of all I would like say Im newbie in DSP. That is my problem: I'm trying to apply PCA and robust PCA algorithm to my dataset (Matrix 290* 9). You can see results of my PCA in attached file. Unfortunately, I usualy got a weirde results. Do you mean that is wrong results of presence of outliers? or it can be different problem. Sorry for so stupid question but for me it is very important... Thx for your ideas....

hard to say without more information. Did you scale and center the data before performing the PCA? Perhaps you could include a sample of code that calls princomp and a sample of data?
