How to build a simulink model with arduino hc-sr04?

how do you connect hc-sr04 ultrasonic sensor and arduino in Matlab simulink? What block should I use to connect the trigger pin and echo pin and then generate a signal? I have the arduino support package but I dont know which block to choose and properly connects it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think I found some answer to this. To those curious, I used the s-function builder with the arduino libraries. I was able to connect it but I'm still trying to generate signals. Thanks for reading
