Compare all elements in a matrix with elements in array

I have a matrix A with numbers on the 7 point scale (-3 0 2 4 7 10 12). If a number in this matrix A is ex 5, i would like to tell the user where there is a number which is different from a number on the scale. If all numbers are correct the program shall just display ('well done')
