Solidworks crashes by export to Sim Mechanics version 2 by using Sim Mechanics Link??!! WIN7 64 bit, SW2015 and Matlab2015b

Hey. By trying to export a modified robot from SW 2015 to Simmechanics version2 my SW is crashing all the time. The export worked for an earlier model of the robot. Also is the export of the new model working by using Simmechanics version 1.

Are there some special things i have to know to get the export working?

We recommend you reinstall Simscape Multibody Link and reconnect to SolidWorks, as mentioned in the comments above. If you upload the assembly, we can look into it further.
