How to send the compressed video (Video compression simulink) via wireless?

We have two outputs after video was compressed in the video compression example in simulink model. The two outputs are B and MV . If we need to send it wirelessly we should have one output. How to do that? My second question is how to control the compression ratio? For example compressed the video 80%. Thanks
