How to model group entries in a queue in simulink

I am trying to model a multi-queue multi-server scenario where the enteries in the queue can be like a "group" of people in simulink. Each person of the group can go to different queue for service and the first person reaching the server will order for the entire group. Once that person has been served, rest of the members of that group leave the queues.

How can I model such group entries in simulink? I have already modeled multi-queue multi-server with uniform distribution of entries.
