Why am I getting an I/O error when trying to upload Polyspace results to Polyspace Metrics?

Setup:
I have Polyspace R2015a. I have started the metrics server on the same machine that we are using Polyspace on. After running an analysis on a project I try to upload the results and I get a popup that says the following.
Error: An I/O error occured (Function sendExactArr: The system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive. [timedout]).
The polyspaced.log is as follows.

I don't understand the error, how do I fix this so that I can start uploading results?

Make sure the settings for the server configuration are properly configured

I do not have access to the ada documentation. I have read the server configuration documentation. I have verified that the port in the server configuration is the same as the port in the Polyspace Metrics Configuration. Smaller project runs actually show up in the metrics web server (they display the error still when uploading), but larger projects do not end up on the web page.

Hello Mike!
With all the information that I read, and especially this timeout problem, the issue seems to be not easy to fix, so I suggest you to contact the technical support.
Best regards,
Alex
