Unable to complete a certain task in one of the control system learning paths.

I am unable to do this particular task in "Classical Controller Design techniques" in Control System Designing learning path. I have tried it dozens of times exactly as I am supposed to do. I've tried it even in the browser version too. It always shows some there is something wrong.

All the steps I have done were correct (probably) but I don't understand for some reason it always shows there is something I haven't done. I am not able to understand what that one thing is.
Could you please show the results of the assessment tests? A screenshot of the entire page would actually be very helpful.
Thankyou for the effort. I finally completed the task. I was facing some issue with moving the poles.

For others, this item is task 4 in the Motor Speed Control Design Using the Root Locus lesson (2.2.1).
Click the View Solution link and compare the results in your control designer with those shown in the script.
Written instructions can be confusing, but viewing the image of one possible solution may help. The intent is to get your step response to fit within the bounds that define the design requirements. Here is an example of what I just came up with to pass Task 4.
