Hello!
I'm using the matlab from my company, and the license is successfully installed. But after start I will always get the errors in the picture, which means all basic functions can not be used. I asked the IT support and they can not solve it either and let me to search the support from your side. Could you please have a look how to solve it?
Best regards,
Xiaochen Gao

These do not look good:
Unrecognised function or variable 'fullfile'
Unrecognised function or variable 'pwd'
Unrecognised function or variable 'docroot'
Did you try reinstalling?

Hi Xiaochen,
I suggest a reinstallation because it looks like your MATLAB has been corrupted.
Please also consider temporarily disabling any antivirus/security software while you reinstall MATLAB.

What does
path
show in the command window (if that even works)?
Maybe try
restoredefaultpath
in the command window and then restart. Otherwise call tech support for free help.

@Xiaochen This is Advait from MathWorks. Please reach out to our support team Contact Support - MATLAB & Simulink. You have free technical and installation support as part of your license. Which IT support did you reach out to?
