Is a possible call of python from MATLAB contained in your documentation of MATLAB R2007 ?
Because the earliest MATLAB version mentionned seems to be R2014b:

It would not be through the MATLAB Python interface, but one could submit the script via system. IF (the proverbial "big if", I never used Python(*) so I know nuthink! about it) it outputs to standard i/o, then could capture the output.
(*) I always tend to wonder why, if the user wants to use Python, they don't just do so...

Hi Siva,
It is not possible to run modern Python deep learning libraries in MATLAB R2007 as MATLAB added official Python integration in and from R2014b.
You can try either upgrading your MATLAB version to atleast R2014b or you can try the following method:
  • You can try running your deep learning code entirely in Python (using modern Python environments like Anaconda) and then exchange data between MATLAB and Python using files (eg. ".mat" or ".csv" file formats).
Hope it helps!
