RoadRunner Scene Builder Trial License Error [Licensing error : -5,357]

I am currently working on a project using RoadRunner, and I believe the RoadRunner Scene Builder will be very helpful. Before purchasing, I wanted to check if my existing HD Map data is compatible and if everything works as expected, so I inquired about a trial license. I have received the trial license, but things aren't working as I expected.

Normally, when launching RoadRunner, I enter the license key to activate it, and I did the same to register the license file for the Scene Builder. However, I encountered an error (Licensing error: -5,357), as shown below.

When I contacted MathWorks Korea, they informee d mthat I should continue using the RoadRunner license I had been using, and I need to register the license for the RoadRunner Scene Builder separately. I was advised to click on the "License" option on the left side of RoadRunner's main screen and register the additional license. However, this did not resolve my issue.

I don’t want the trial period to pass without testing the Scene Builder, and I would like to quickly test its functionality. I would appreciate any help in resolving this.
