I installed MATLAB R2024b and noticed that the documentation pages open in my web browser, not the integrated Help Browser used in prior releases.Does this mean I will be unable to access help pages if I have no internet access? Is there a way to force MATLAB to use the Help Browser instead of the system browser?

As of MATLAB R2024b, the Help Browser has been deprecated. Documentation pages will now open in your system's default web browser. This can be found in the R2024b release notes:
Please note that documentation pages can no longer be accessed without an internet connection unless they are downloaded beforehand.
A workaround to force MATLAB to use the Help Browser in R2024b is to issue the following in the MATLAB Command Window. Please note that the below command is not documented, and its behavior may change at any point:
matlab.internal.doc.ui.setSystemBrowserForDoc(false)
All documentation pages now open in the Help Browser. You can revert this behavior by entering the following in the MATLAB Command Window:
matlab.internal.doc.ui.setSystemBrowserForDoc(true)
