To calibrate altitude values using matlab and rodrunner

Road 3D modeling using matlab and roadrunner is in progress.
The road was modeled using kml and geotif, but bent.
I don't know what caused this. Can anyone tell me the cause? Also, is there a way to fix it?

Please share the kml, geotif, and MATLAB code to reproduce the issue.
