Value of Test error for nn

When I use the command newff neural network is created. After training and plotting the chart is displayed a graph showing Train and Test and Validation time when the slightest error occurred Validation.

On top of the graph is displayed the "Best Performance Validation," which is validation error. I need the same Test. How do I know the value of the error occurred and what time to Test? Is there a command that I pass the test value?

It is possible to find the value of the Best Test Performance?

When i use the command plotperform,only shows the Best Validation Error.

The output structure tr should contain that info ...

[net tr ] = train(net,...);
