I am trying to model a RC LPF (lowpass filter) in simulink, but I don't want to use the inbuilt block that already exists. I have found the transfer function and made a simulink model of it. In this case I use R3=4700 ohm and C3=47nF which gives a cutoff frequency of about 720 Hz. But when I send in two sine waves, one with an amplitude of 1 and a frequency of 1000 Hz, and one with an amplitude 15 and a frequency of 100 Hz. The results show no difference. The signal is the same before and after. The sample time is set to 100e-6. What have I done wrong? Thanks for any help.
