"The PID tuning tools are not supported for plant models of type "ss"? What is th reason?

I am working on a simple plant model but whenever I try to tune by clicking "Tune" button inside the PID controller I am getting this error "The PID tuning tools are not supported for plant models of type "ss"?

So what might be the issue?

I found the reason. Used a file name pid for Simulink which was creating errors. Changed the name of model and problem solved. Thanks

Is there any way you could attach a simple model so I could try it? Or post a snapshot of a model?
