Add Libraries to Library Browser permanently without the need of custom Library Directory added to path for every instance

I am able to add Libraries into the Simulink Library Browser as mentioned in: Add Libraries to Library Browser

Currently I am supposed to add the Directory of the Custom Library created for every Matlab instance so that it can be accessed from Simulink Library Browser.

Is there a work around for that? The requirements exists such that I will be creating the Simulink files from a different tool which is referencing to the Simulink Library.
