I want to create Gaussian blurred image with different radius

Hello I am working on "A study on high-quality free viewpoint image reconstruction systems using multi-focus images by FPGA-based signal processing". I could understand theory of paper.
Paper mentioned about reconstruction from multi focus image. Multi-focus images are Gaussian blurred images with different radius. How to create such images in matlab?
