When I work on Fuzzy logic Designer, it's okay, when I close it and return back to open it, it can't open the same file!

Physically check if the mamdanitype-01.fis is still there in the target folder.
Check if the contents in the mamdanitype-01.fis is still "readable" by the Notepad. If you can, copy the contents.
Check if you can open other "mamdanitype.fis" files. If you can, manually rename the file to mamdanitype_01.fis and then check if it can be opened now.

@ahmad rafie, zip the file and attach it here. Does the file have the fis extension?

You have to open your project in MATLAB and repair code. When you save your project (I don't know why) MATLAB incorrect saves it.
In my project there's a problem in Output 1. I had to move "Range" to next line like in Input 4, remove extra square bracket before "range" and close the quotation marks on the output 1 name. After all you have to save it and open in Fuzzy logic designer. I hope it will help.
