Simulink "Multipath Rician Fading Channel" implementation and low Doppler

Hi, how does the Simulink block in question work with extremely low Doppler (e.g. 1e-6km/h)? It would seem to us that not very well; can somebody confirm this, even perhaps the reason (implementation-specific issue)? This is not any showstopper, but there is just a number of people who are curious about it.
