Unable to export scene in the "CARLA (.udatasmith)" format in RoadRunner R2022b

When I try to export my RoadRunner scene in the "CARLA (.udatasmith)" format, the following error pops up:

Datasmith plugin could not be loaded

How do I resolve this error?

Exporting with the "CARLA (.udatasmith)" format requires that either Unreal Engine 4.26 or the Unreal Engine prerequisites be installed on the same computer as RoadRunner.
