How to select a preferred channel on the audiorecorder

I understand that currently only one and two channel audio is supported, but if I want to select a specific channel number to record, how do I do that with this function?

For example, if I wanted to register the 14th and 12th ADC inputs instead of the defaults of 1 and 2, how would I do that in the function (recObj = audiorecorder(48000,24,2,2))?

Hi Venkat

The "audiorecorder" function is a lightweight function for most common usages (acquire sound from a stereo source, only 2 channels).

If you would like to acquire sound from a source that has more than 2 channels, you should use the Audio System Toolbox.

You can specify the channels to sample using the Channel Mapping property of the audioDeviceRecorder object:
