Can anyone help understand what the blocks (red enclosed) in this figure are and where to find them in Simulink library?

Assuming these are both from Simulink library.
1. Double click on the block. The BlockType will be at the top of the resultsing pop-up window.
or.
2. Right click on the block, click Help on the pop-up menu., which will open the doc page for that block from which it should be clear form the Contents pane the library from which it came.

One is memory block. I just confirmed that now.
But, the other one looks like valve box. But I can find it anywhere in the library!

If you compare with the generic symbols in a Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), they are manual-operated Gate Valves. It could be a custom user interface for a block, known as the "Mask", with an image/icon of multiple Gate Values added on the Simulink mask.
