Why do I get the following error when I try to use certain functions in MATLAB?
LAPACK loading error:
mkl.dll: mkl.dll is not a valid Win32 application
BLAS loading error:
mkl.dll: mkl.dll is not a valid Win32 application.

This error can occur with a corrupted mkl.dll file.
A clean reinstall of MATLAB is recommended, as other files could also be corrupt.
