Box plots of scatter between two variables for each bin.

Hi everyone,

I am trying to make your standard box plot graph but using the scatter between two variables for each bin. For instance:

A =

19867x2 double
2345x2 double
3461x2 double
4589x2 double

where each row is a bin and A{1,1} =

A{1,1} =

0.23 8.96
0.96 12.34
0.45 9.12
0.42 4.35

how would I represent the scatter between A{1,1}(:,1) and A{1,1}(:,2) with a box plot for each bin in A? Essentially, I would like to show the spread better the two variables within each bin using a box plot.
