what is this simulink's block?

this switch block has as input a voltage signal and a control signal. The output is a voltage signal too. I can't find it.

Double click on the block. The very top of the dialog window that opens should say "Block Parameters: BlockType" where BlockType is the actual type of the block. Or, in that same window just click on Help to go to the doc page and find out what it is.
