Is it possible to connect mcp23017 via Arduino using Simulink support package blocks?

I'm trying to connect mcp23017 via Arduino but I'm not sure if it is really possible. Have somebody had any similar experience in this field?

I found how to resolve this problem. If somebody needs, I made some screens of my solution.
