From a matrix creating a vector

Hello,

I have matrix

A=[1 7 3 9 4; 8 6 8 9 1; 7 7 7 8]

I need to find the existing numbers from the matrix and create a vector, for example like this Vector1=[1 3 4 6 7 8 9]

and also count the numbers several times, for example like this Vector2=[2 1 1 1 4 3 2]
