i have a circular wireless sensor network, with concentric rings in sectored region, i want to build a mean region for each sector for special nodes arrangement.

The question is 1. Creation of a circular network with concentric ring and sectors 2. Finding a mean region in each sector to create cluster head region 3. Deployment of nodes with id N(sec id, ring id) 4. Creation of wireless link between nodes of particular ring i have the code bt not answer me, how we can modify these
