Startup matlab is slow

Hello,

I have a 64 bit computer, running Windows 7 and with Intel XEON 2.8 GHZ and 50 GB RAM, with Matlab R2014B.

The startup -timing gives:

What is the cause of such a slow start-up? I can disconnect from internet, even though this solution showed in some other posts doesn't look a definitive solution. I have McAfee running, and I am not allowed to disable it.

Any suggestions how to speed up the startup process, please?
