Is it possible to generate embedded code of a subsystem from m file?

Hi, I am currently trying to find if its possible to build a subsystem and generate code for it using embedded coder from a m file. I have generated a model and the subsystem is getting build, I have already done simulation using sim command but I need to generate code for the subsytem.
