How can I use an input to change the initial condition of an integrator block in Simulink?

I have a Simulink model which runs under a third party software which has fixed inputs. One of the inputs specifies an initial value for a variable.
When I built the model the initial condition of the integrator block was specified with a variable in the initialization m-file. Now, the other software requires that the value must come from an input. How it can be done?

If you right click on the integrator block and go to block parameters there is an option for initial condition source. Change this from internal to external and you will now have an inport for the block to feed in the initial condition.
