Get coordinates of imported maps

I have imported a map from OpenStreetMaps and want to set predefind routes. Is there any way that I can get coordinates of my predefind routes so I can easily find these routes in the map? I have searched a lot, but I could not find how to get the coordinates of each route in a digital form.
