I got Matlab home edition recently, I'm not able to access my Matlab Onramp 2 hours free training, it keeps asking me for Activation key, please advice.

To be specific, contact Customer Support first, not Technical Support. While technical issues cannot be excluded, it is important to verify non-technical settings first.

To be able to log in to the MATLAB Onramp course on MATLAB Academy, you must associate your MathWorks Account to your home license. Typically, this occurs when you install MATLAB.
To see what licenses your MathWorks account is associated to, or to associate to new licenses, use the license center: https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter
If your account is associated to the home license and you cannot access MATLAB Academy, then please contact customer support. http://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us/
