Can you change the collapsible HTML Table of Conents tree from MLreportgen?

Currently i have a table of contents setup, however i do not like the collapsible tree that you have to open. I prefer to have it on the page, is there any way to do this?

I dont see anywhere on the docs to change this: https://uk.mathworks.com/help/rptgen/ug/mlreportgen.report.tableofcontents-class.html
