Unable to check out a Simscape First Generation license error

Hello guys,

When I try to run my model on Simulink the following error appears:

• Unable to check out a Simscape Multibody First Generation license. Check installation and license.

I installed the Simscape at the same time I installed the Matlab and Simulink.

My license doesn't included the Simscape but today I buy the add ons of the license to include the Simscape and Simscape Multibody but the error still continue.

Can anyone help me please?
