Energy detection in Cognitive radio

I've created a Simulink block for energy detection in cognitive radio and obtained the following output. But when I used the same block with Xilinx System generator, I'm getting severe variation when compared with the previous one. I've added the output screenshot in the link provided along with this query.

Can anyone please tell me the reason for these changes.?
