Can anyone teach me on how to write a Particle swarm optimization code?

Hi, I really need someone to teach me to write the code. I have tried many methods, but it won't work. The particle swarm optimization toolbox is also not working. Can someone guide me?

Are you referring to a PSO toolbox from the File Exchange or something else? If the former, what do you mean be it is also not working?
