Scaling image after rotaining camera in y direction

HI I have a set of Images that are calculated to simulate a ray interaction from different views. each image is similar to calculating a radon transform from a different angle, except they are not scaled (i.e. distance between two points is the same in all views).

how can these images be scaled in the horizontal direction according to the tilting angles? probably the answer will be in the 'affine2d' or 'projective2d' ? what would be the transformation matrix?
