If I upload a MATLAB video to YouTube, I wonder if there are any legal issues.

I have a license for Academic and the purpose of uploading videos is not monetized.
Is it possible?

You mean some sort of demonstration video that you made yourself? I'm no authority on anything, but I can't imagine why there would be an issue.

Academic licenses may be used for the education purposes and internal purposes of the university, including non-commercial research.
If you have a MATLAB related video that matches one of those purposes, and the video is not being posted in a monetized way, and does not link to commercial activities (such as a for-profit tutor service offered by the university)... then Go Ahead.
Note that Student licenses cannot be used the same way, not even for one student to teach other students — at least not without permission.
