Datatfeed Toolbox error: emsx requires Trading Toolbox

I am trying to create an order using Bloomberg EMSX by following the documentation:

However, when I try to run

esmx('//blp/emapisvc_beta')

the error reads '' 'emsx' requires Trading Toolbox.''. In the past, I remember reading about the Trading Toolbox. However, when I search for it now, either using Google or in the MATLAB docs, I cannot find anything about it. Furthermore, according to the following information on the MATLAB website

the Bloomberg EMSX trading system is included in the Datafeed Toolbox, and the link to the 'creating an order' documentation can be found here as well. The strange thing is that I have the Datafeed Toolbox, so I would be inclined to think that it should be work.

I am using MATLAB Version: 9.8.0.1359463 (R2020a) Update 1 and Datafeed Toolbox Version 5.9.1 (R2020a).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
