% For Sensitivity

My error message is

You need to pass them in
ROCpoint(DD, ND, PP, NP) % Call, passing in variables.
% Declare function with all needed variables.
function [Sensitivity, Specificity] = ROCpoint(DD, ND, PP, NP)
