How to plot Energy Vs Radius of a power spectrum of an image if radius is taken from the centre of the spectrum

Hi All, I have a power spectrum of an image.I want to divide the spectrum into some concentric circles. Then I want to plot energy vs radius of those regions. Would you please help me. Thanks
