Matlab 2014a - automatic activation not working

Hi there, I'm currently preparing Matlab 2014a for deployment to our fleet of Windows 7 32bit PCs. We have a license server on premises, and it's updated to 2014a and able to serve out licenses. The deployment and install goes fine, but it doesn't attempt to activate the software once it's installed. On first launch after install I'm prompted to activate. For the deployment I'm using 'setup.exe -inputFile answer_file.txt to automate the install, with the following settings enabled:
destinationFolder=C:\Program Files\Matlab\R2014a fileInstallationKey=<installation key> agreeToLicense=yes outputFile=C:\matlab.log mode=automated automatedModeTimeout=500 licensePath=D:\MatlabTemp\matlab_license_its.dat lmgrFiles=false setFileAssoc=true desktopShortcut=false startMenuShortcut=true createAccelTask=false
These same settings work fine for installing and activating our last version of Matlab (2012a), but 2014a doesn't activate. At the end of the install I see the ‘activate’ window appear, and the ‘activate’ box is unticked.
Does anyone know what might have changed, or what I'm doing wrong? I have around a thousand deployments to do, and I'd like to get it working right.
Any help much appreciated :)
Thanks, Craig
